Hayley Gartner, PharmD, DABAT, is a clinical specialist in emergency medicine and clinical toxicology at UF Health Jacksonville and a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Dr. Gartner received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. She completed her PGY1 pharmacy residency training at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, followed by a two-year fellowship in Clinical Toxicology and Emergency Medicine at the Florida Poison Control Center–Jacksonville and UF Health Jacksonville.
She is an active member of the Society for Academic Emergency Medicine’s Academy of Emergency Medicine Pharmacists and the American Academy of Clinical Toxicology. Her scholarly and clinical interests include clinical research, substance use disorders, resuscitation science, and the use of antidotal and extracorporeal therapies in poisoning.
