A visionary Pharmaceutical R&D Executive with over 20 years of industry leadership. Currently spearheading R&D operations at EIPICO, overseeing the full lifecycle of high-impact pharmaceutical products—from initial formulation design and analytical methodology to clinical BE studies and global registration. Dual-Doctoral Advantage: Simultaneously completing a PhD in Pharmaceutics and a DBA, providing a unique ability to align complex laboratory research with organizational profitability and market growth. Currently serving as R&D General Manager at EIPICO, I lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for transforming innovative concepts into high-quality, market-ready pharmaceutical products aligned with international regulatory standards. My expertise spans the full R&D lifecycle, including pre-formulation, formulation design, scale-up, technology transfer, stability programs, and CTD dossier development, in close collaboration with local and international regulatory authorities. I have also overseen bioequivalence studies, CRO management, and IMPD documentation. Throughout my career, I have built and led high-performing formulation and analytical development teams, delivering robust pipelines across oral solid dosage forms, sterile products, ophthalmics, semi-solids, soft gelatin capsules, modified-release systems, veterinary products, and food supplements. Academically, I hold an MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences and an MBA, and I am currently a PhD and DBA candidate. This combination enables me to bridge scientific excellence with strategic, business-oriented decision-making. I am particularly interested in regional and multinational opportunities across the Gulf and MENA region where I can contribute to building strong R&D organizations, accelerating product pipelines, and supporting sustainable growth through innovation and regulatory excellence
