As a translational cancer biologist with a strong foundation in anti-cancer drug discovery, I have a proven track
record of advancing innovative therapies from lab to clinic. My expertise lies in the development of novel cyclin-dependent
kinase (CDK) inhibitors, a field in which I was a key member of a multidisciplinary team. This work led to
the successful development of several new drug candidates, including Auceliciclib and Sunaciclib, both of which
have advanced to clinical trials. I have seamlessly translated my expertise by bridging the gap between drug
development and clinical implementation. This includes developing and validating immunological and
pharmacodynamic biomarkers for clinical trials. My current work builds directly on this experience, where I am now
co-leading a precision dosing program. This involves developing and validating LC-MS methods to ensure the safe
and effective use of approved kinase inhibitors in a clinical trial context. My goal remains to drive innovation in
cancer therapeutics and make a lasting impact on anti-cancer drugs.
