BRIEF SCIENTIFIC CURRICULUM VITAE Wojciech CYBULSKI - Full pofessor of veterinary medicine Born: 14th of September 1947, Grzmięca, Poland. Education: – veterinary study at the Veterinary Faculty in Lublin, 1966 – 1972. Qualification: - laboratory technician in toxicology National Veterinary Institute, Dept. of Pharmacology and Toxicology in Puławy, 1965 – 1966, - doctor of veterinary science, 1984, - associate-professor (doktor habilitowany), 2000, - post-graduation of 2nd Training Course on Veterinary Pharmacology and Toxicology (EAVPT, Wuppertal, 1995). Post held: - Head of Department of Toxicology and Environmental Protection, 2002- 2008 - Head of Dept. of Veterinary Pharmacy in National Veterinary Institute. Academic achievements: - author and co-author of a scientific book, 86 original research articles, 31 review monographs, 52 congress presentations, - research experience represents: toxicology, animal physiology and Pharmacology. The main topics comprised: toxicology diagnostics, experimental studies on mycotoxins, N-compounds, heavy metals, ruminant abomasum enzymes, toxicological aspects of veterinary drugs and feed additives. Veterinary history and deontology/bioethics. Co- and organizer: - Symposium “History of herbs in veterinary therapy”.
