American group purchasing and supply chain services company for hospitals and health systems, based in Dallas, Texas, which negotiated contracts for medicines, medical devices and supplies on behalf of its member hospitals and provided clinical resource management, capital equipment sourcing and workforce services. It was acquired by MedAssets in 2010 and its business absorbed into that company.
