American drug discovery company launched in January 2025 by the LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and the oncologist and author Siddhartha Mukherjee with about twenty five million dollars of initial funding. Uses artificial intelligence to generate and filter chemical libraries and to model how molecules bind their targets, running its work on Microsoft's cloud, and starts with programmes in aggressive cancers including prostate cancer, lymphoma and triple negative breast cancer before moving to autoimmune and rare disease.
