National Forensic Sciences University

Indian university at Gandhinagar in Gujarat devoted to forensic and behavioural sciences, set up by the state in 2009 as Gujarat Forensic Sciences University and made a national university under the home ministry in 2020, with further campuses in several Indian states and abroad. Teaches degrees in forensic science, forensic toxicology and chemistry, digital and cyber forensics, behavioural science, forensic pharmacy and law, runs accredited forensic laboratories that take casework and provide expert opinion, and trains police, prosecutors and forensic officers.
