Dutch research institute of Utrecht University based on the Uithof campus, run jointly by the faculties of veterinary medicine, medicine and science, which studies the risks of chemical, biological and physical agents to human and animal health. Works in toxicology, including molecular, regulatory and veterinary toxicology, environmental and occupational epidemiology and exposure assessment, runs postgraduate education in toxicology and epidemiology and provides risk assessment advice and laboratory analysis to public bodies and industry.
