1、执行公司销售政策，完成或超额完成公司下达的年度销售任务；
2、制定本区域的销售计划、分解销售目标，能够精准诊断障碍点并迅速调整，业务闭环；
3、持续培养优秀人员能够达到晋升标准，对省级KOL能够亲自维护保持对产品的高支持度。
任职资格：
【胜任能力】
1、有开发资源和招商资源；
2、外资直营团队二线管理经验；
3、具有快速搭建团队的能力；
4、能适应快节奏和高压力。
【经验】
5年以上二线管理经验，单个单位的二线管理不低于2年。
【教育背景】
医药相关专业本科及以上。
