职位描述
【工作内容】
1、负责车间制药设备的日常巡检、运行监控及基础维护保养，确保设备处于良好状态；
2、严格执行GMP规范，完成设备清洁消毒记录填写，协助进行预防性维修计划实施；
3、参与设备故障的应急处理与原因分析，组织或配合厂家进行设备大修及改造升级；
4、管理备品备件库存，定期盘点并申报采购需求，优化设备耗材使用成本；
5、对接生产部门与技术部门，协调解决生产过程中的设备异常，保障生产连续稳定。
【任职要求】
1、大专及以上学历，机械自动化、药学工程或相关专业，具备制药行业背景优先；
2、熟悉制药常用设备（如灌装机、冻干机、纯化水系统等）原理及操作维护流程；
3、持有电工证或特种设备作业证，具备3年以上药企设备管理经验，能独立排查故障；
4、严谨细致，熟悉GMP法规要求，具备良好的数据记录习惯及跨部门沟通协作能力；
5、能适应倒班工作制，抗压能力强，对安全生产有高度责任感，无不良职业记录。
