Automatic Soft Gelatin Encasulation Machine

The YWJ series soft capsule sealing machine, manufactured by Aligned Technology Co., Ltd., is available in several rolling-mold sizes (YWJ100 through YWJ315) for producing soft gelatin capsules at outputs ranging from roughly 21,800 to over 200,000 capsules depending on model. It features a water-bath injector holding temperature to within plus or minus 0.1 degrees C to reduce gelatin waste, computer-controlled plunger-pump dosing for precise medicine injection, a PLC touchscreen with recipe-save functionality, and a cam-driven plunger pump strong enough to handle high-viscosity materials such as suspensions and propolis.
