Cefaclor for Suspension, marketed under the brand name Zaike and supplied by Jiangsu SimPros Pharmaceuticals Ltd., is a granular oral formulation of the cephalosporin antibiotic cefaclor (125 mg per sachet, 6 sachets per box, 24-month shelf life) used to treat infections such as urinary tract infections, pneumonia, meningitis and biliary tract infections caused by susceptible gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. The supplier, which does not manufacture the product directly, distributes it across North America, Central/South America, Western and Eastern Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
