AST's GENiSYS Lab benchtop systems suit drug product development, process development, and small-batch cGMP production, automating the critical aseptic steps for vial, syringe, and cartridge processing to cut contamination risk and product variability. These compact systems give operators precise control over aseptic fill-finish, ease process development, and transfer smoothly to AST's higher-output systems as production scales up. The GENiSYS Lab line includes the Container Filling System (vial, syringe, and cartridge filling plus serum stopper and press-fit cap placement in vials), the Container Closing System (automated syringe and cartridge closing via vent-tube, vacuum, or combination methods), and the Vial Sealing System (vial closing with crimp caps).
