The IKA Master Plant homogenizing and emulsifying plant is a universal mixing system developed for producing emulsions and suspensions, particularly for the pharmaceutical industry but also food, beverage, cosmetics and chemical sectors. GMP-compliant, it guarantees high precision, safety and reproducibility, enabling direct feed of solids and liquids, mixing and dispersing vessel contents, heating or cooling the product, and processing under vacuum or pressure. An explosion-protected version is available, and the Master Plant MP series spans nine sizes from 10 to 4,000 liters.
