This system pairs jacketed glass-lined reactors (50–5,000 l working volume) with glass auxiliary equipment — jacketed glass measuring vessels of 15–100 l and unjacketed vessels of 10–300 l — mounted on a 304L stainless-steel scaffold with 321 alloy fasteners. Optional glass condensers and distillation/rectification and solvent-exchange systems can be added, with heat-exchanger surface area from 0.3 to 3.75 m² per unit and the option to combine units for greater exchange capacity; separate temperature circuits (e.g. chilled water to the main condenser, a low-temperature line to the after-cooler) can also be configured. Product-contact materials include enamel, borosilicate glass 3.3, PTFE, PFA, FFKM, and tantalum (for pressure gauges), with material certificates supplied, and the system is fitted with a range of shut-off, safety, and control valves.
