REATORG's standard jacketed glass reactors are available in 15, 30, 50, and 100 l working volumes, supplied complete with measuring vessel, reflux condenser, and receiving vessel. They operate across a temperature range of -40°C to +180°C and a pressure range of -0.98 to +0.5 bar, using European-made borosilicate glass 3.3 with supporting composition certificates. The frame is offered either as a partially detachable welded 304 stainless-steel design or a fully detachable 304/321 steel scaffold, with agitator speed adjustable via a frequency converter or variator and a choice of PTFE/PFA-coated mixing devices paired with a dry mechanical seal. Material certificates are provided for product-contact parts, and electrical components are explosion-proof, rated for flameproof enclosure (d) and intrinsically safe circuits (i).
