PhD-trained structural biologist with more than 7 years of experience in structure-based drug discovery, covering the full pipeline from target validation to detailed biophysical and structural characterization. Skilled in protein and nucleic acid expression and purification, alongside a broad suite of structural biology and biophysical techniques, including X-ray crystallography, cryo-EM, SAXS, ITC, MST, and nDSF/DSF. Played a key role in the first structure–function characterization of the MmpL3 tuberculosis drug target and contributed to anti-cancer and anti-infective programs across academic, industrial, and CRO environments. Proven ability to develop and validate analytical methods, coordinate multidisciplinary research efforts, and deliver project outcomes in regulated, client-oriented settings.
