Deputy Director of Pharmacy department

Being a deputy director of the Hospital Pharmacy for 5 years gave me the experience and skill to organise work for employees. I have been involved in establishing and implementing many systemical changes in the hospital setting. I took part in the organisational board for medical conferences and pharmaceutical symposiums. Founding and leading non-profit organisation enabled me to use and upgrade my organisational competencies. I have great communication skills since I have years of experience communicating with patients, medical doctors, nurses, students and other decision-makers. I have gained excellent competencies in public speaking to different audiences, having experiences in giving oral presentations and speeches (related to medicine and pharmacy) to different professional audiences. I work well in multidisciplinary teams. I am an open, friendly and respectful speaker. I am a resilient, inventive and resourceful person that always gives maximum to reach the ultimate goal.
