Research Scientist/Toxicologist

Industry/Academic toxicologist currently providing support to NASA JSC Toxicology group to develop safe threshold limits of airborne and waterborne contaminants in the context of space travel. Previous research has included discovery of drug-induced liver injury (DILI) biomarkers for prognostic and diagnostic purposes, as well as mechanistic characterization of acetaminophen-induced liver injury (AILI). Current interests include interfacing AI technology with existing and upcoming toxicology platforms to assist in throughput of large database research and improvement of predictive toxicology.
