I have a great interest in everything that is related to Forensic Science, particularly in the field of Toxicology, the reason why I concentrated my studies in that particular area. I consider myself to be very committed, interested, disciplined, hard-working and always willing to acquire new knowledge and improve the already acquired. As Paracelsus once said, "the dose makes the poison," and I wouldn't mind to be intoxicated with a high dose of knowledge about toxicology. The more, the better! In addition, I am a member of the Portuguese Association of Forensic Sciences (APCF), an association that has the mission of promoting, developing and divulgating the scientific research in the Forensic Sciences field.
