Sofia bobby J, obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from VRS College of Engineering, University of Madras in 2002. Then she obtained her Master’s degree in Medical Electronics in 2009 and PhD in Biomedical Engineering majoring in Cognitive Neuroscience from Anna University in 2019. Currently, she is currently working as Professor at Jerusalem College of Engineering (Autonomous), Chennai. With great passion towards the teaching profession, she has been mentoring and educating future engineers over the last 22 years at UG levels. She has presented 70 number of papers in National and International Journals and Conference Of the numerous academic courses handled, Biomedical Instrumentation, Diagnostic & Therapeutic Equipments, Medical Informatics, Pattern Recognition & Neural Networks are her forte. She has constantly upgraded her knowledge in these areas by attending several Seminars, NPTEL Courses and Workshops. Her Research interest are in EEG and Biomedical Instrumentation.
