Chelating Chromstar® FF Affinity Chromatography Resins

Chelating Chromstar® FF is an immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography resin manufactured directly by Bio-Link Biological Applied Technologies (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in pharmaceutical grade to USP standard. Built on an improved agarose-based matrix with iminodiacetic acid covalently cross-linked via a spacer arm, it provides three ligand sites for chelating transition metal ions (Cu2+, Zn2+, Co2+, Ni2+), enabling separation and purification of proteins based on their histidine, cysteine, or tryptophan content, with excellent rigidity and high flow velocity. It is distributed across North America, Europe, Australasia, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
