DMC's automatic tube filling and sealing machines handle plastic tubes via touchscreen control, with automatic tube loading, positioning, and orientation (read via a sensor-detected mark), a pre-filling tube retractor, a customizable volumetric filling dispenser fed by a pump from the storage tank with min/max level sensors, ultrasonic or hot-air sealing, and batch-number press printing.
