The STYL'One Evolution is an all-in-one tableting instrument spanning early formulation through production-speed scale-up, suited to both formulation scientists and pilot-plant teams. It produces single-layer tablets upgradable to multi-layer or tab-in-tab formats, operates in target-thickness or target-density modes, and can mimic rotary press output at up to roughly 400,000 tablets per hour with sub-2 ms dwell times. Additional capabilities include hybrid dry-granulation modeling with roll compaction, a full library of rotary presses and roll compactors, a press-coating (tab-in-tab) option, an interchangeable die table, easy tooling changeovers, and extensive data analysis from minimal powder quantities, all in a compact, easy-to-access housing with premium instrumentation.
