PRIMA Z production lines are configurable for any requirement, achieving cycle times of 15 to 17 seconds across the three currently available lines using a no-human-touch process. Ready-to-use syringes (ISO 11040-6) with fill volumes of 0.5 to 5 ml, cannula sizes 19G to 32G and lengths of 12 to 45 mm can be manufactured for immediate filling, with output up to 3,400 parts per hour.
