Inner Mongolia CAMO Rare Earth, founded in 2020 in Baotou by the rare-earth compound research team from the Chinese Academy of Sciences' Baotou Rare Earth R&D Center, is an Industry-University-Research joint demonstration enterprise that develops rare earth compounds, neodymium rubber catalysts, and rare earth pharmaceutical intermediates, leveraging CAS technical reserves and Baotou's rich rare earth resources. With 32 employees -- including a senior engineer and two overseas-returnee master's graduates -- the company was recognized as a technological SME in 2021 and holds ISO9001 and ISO45001 certification.
