This patented range of press-fit closures, made from medical-grade plastics in 13mm and 20mm diameters with central tear-off, offers an alternative to aluminum-crimped caps — compatible with ISO 8362-1 vials and ISO 8362-2 rubber stoppers, with stoppers pre-assembled automatically in the cap, available in bulk or nested packaging, ready-to-use or ready-to-sterilize, and compatible with gamma and steam sterilization. RayDyLyo® eliminates the crimping operation, simplifying the capping process for liquid and lyophilized products across clinical and small-batch production.
