Rovafarm Argentina S.A. has been part of Pierre Fabre Medicament's chemical branch since 1989, with strong expertise in animal raw material extraction and recognition as one of the biggest players in the chondroitin sulfate business, now also offering chenodeoxycholic acid. At its facility in Buenos Aires Province, Rovafarm provides a wide range of CDMO services related to active ingredients, including lab-scale process development, scale-up (pilot production) and manufacturing, all carried out in a GMP/pharma environment compliant with ICH Q7A norms; the facility is regularly inspected by INAME (Argentine health authorities), approved by the EMA, and certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
