Jilin Beisha Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 2010 as part of the Beisha group, whose predecessor, Nanhai Beisha Medical Material Factory, dates to 1992. The manufacturer produces prophylactic biological products, sulfonamides, anti-infective drugs, veterinary drugs and feed additives, and antibiotics, holding GMP certification for both human and veterinary use from China's regulators, a CEP certificate for Sulfadimidine from the EDQM, and having passed multiple US FDA inspections (2010, 2013, 2018), Indian DCGI and FAMI-QS approvals, Japanese PMDA inspection, and DMF assessments by several European authorities. In 2020 the company resumed manufacturing of chloroquine phosphate to help combat COVID-19. Selling own-brand products worldwide across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, the company offers additional contract manufacturing services to its pharmaceutical customers.
