Impulse Biomed is a Cape Town-based startup building two high-impact devices: ZiBiPen, the world's first reloadable epinephrine auto-injector designed for reliable intramuscular delivery at lower lifetime cost, and Easy Squeezy, a CE-marked sleeve for asthma inhalers currently being distributed globally. ZiBiPen has completed a clinical study and is moving toward commercialization, with the company seeking a partner to license or co-develop through validation, fill-finish and launch.
