Founded in April 1989 as Chengdu Jintang Plant-Extracting Factory and renamed Chengdu Hawk Bio-Engineering in 2001, Sichuan New Hawk Biotechnology is a professional manufacturer of citrus and botanical flavonoid extracts, producing micronized purified flavonoid fraction (MPFF), diosmin, rutin, milk thistle extract (silymarin), troxerutin, quercetin, hesperidin and its derivatives (methyl hesperidin, hesperidin methylchalcone, neohesperidin dihydrochalcone), naringenin, hesperetin, and citrus aurantium extract (synephrine). The company holds patents covering its high-consistency micronized flavonoid purification system and diosmin preparation process, achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2003 and Kosher certification the same year, and has been producing and exporting since 2008 to markets across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa.
