VC999 Medical has validated a process encompassing both the machine and the packaging material, including their validation, enabling customers to directly adopt this validated process for quickly implementing a flexible, cost-optimized medical packaging solution. The shelf life of packaging materials Tyvek, PA/PE and paper/foil is up to 10 years, giving this validated process a solid basis for meeting ISO, FDA and MDR requirements.
