With clinical experience across numerous specialties, a lead for organisational learning and development. Experienced in establishing services, integration of good practice, education, delivering budgets, staff management and providing quality care. Keen to support academia and research within learning environments. An emerging researcher with interest in showcasing the impact of pharmacy services in general practice and enchancing healthcare awareness through community connection. This is showcased with my active research with the community Barbershop Blood Pressure research project.
