Najoua Amélia Laajab is a scientist with a multidisciplinry background in neurscience, psychology, and biomedical science, and extensive experience in clinical medicine, laboratory science and medical technology within the Swedish healthcare system. Educated in at King's College London, Karolinska institutet, and Stockholm University, she integrates clinical expertise with research in medical education. Her work focuses on resilience as a dynamic, context-dependent phenomenon within medical education, exploring how it is shaped by sociocultural norms, institutional conditions and clinical training environments. She explores how resilience can be cultivated to support medical students well being, emotional adaptability, and professional development. The aim of her research is to inform educational practices that foster sustainable health and ethically grounded medical training.
