OSeeT is a PAT system that creates cross-section images of transparent or semi-transparent layers, such as film in tablets, pellets, capsules or patches. OSeeT is a high-resolution, calibration-free imaging technology requiring no chemometric modeling, only refractive index data, measuring mean coating thickness over an entire run with access to inter- and intra-particle coating variability, as well as coating quality metrics including homogeneity and surface roughness.
