Founded in 1998 and based in Lixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, Shandong Zhongda Engineering Technology has completed roughly 1,200 construction projects totaling 22 million square meters of cleanroom purification area for the pharmaceutical, electronics, hospital, biological, medical device, chemical, and food industries. The company provides general contracting covering engineering design, HVAC purification, mechanical and electrical installation, building decoration, intelligent automatic control, process piping, water supply and drainage, and fire protection, holding first-class building mechanical/electrical installation and decoration qualifications alongside ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 certification and 3A credit enterprise status. Notably, in 2016 it built the largest freeze-drying workshop in Asia (passing FDA and EU GMP certification), and in 2022 it constructed China's largest monoclonal antibody biological workshop along with the country's first FDA-certified sterile preparation workshop built for exports to the United States.
