The Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Agency (PMDA) of Japan has announced that it is accepting public comments on its draft regulatory science standards.
Commenters are instructed to send their feedback via email, replacing the placeholder “[at]” with “@” in the provided address. The agency notes that any information submitted may be made public, except personal identifiers such as name, organization, address, telephone, fax, email, and attached supporting data.
The PMDA states that while all comments will be considered in preparing the final Japanese drafts, it will not provide individual responses. It also warns that the website content may contain machine‑translation errors and that attached files (PDF, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) are not translated.
