Applied to the forehead via a self-adhesive electrode positioned over the upper branches of the trigeminal nerve, the device generates precise electrical impulses to stimulate the nerve involved in migraine mechanisms, with an evidence-based preventive and abortive therapeutic effect and an efficacy/safety profile that exceeds most anti-migraine medications, making it suitable for patients who cannot tolerate or are contraindicated for such drugs, or for use in combination with them.
