A privately held pharmaceutical company since 1971, Genepharm has focused on developing, manufacturing and distributing a premium range of generic pharmaceutical products, initially concentrated on the Greek market before expanding sales across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and the Americas. Jordan-based MS Pharma acquired Genepharm in 2019, and GMS Holdings acquired the company in 2021.
